ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਗਲੇ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ / ਕਲਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਆਰਜੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਗਲੇ ਸਮੈਸਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਯੋਗ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਕੈਂਸਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Fee and Funds

Information Regarding Fee
  • Required fees & funds shall be payable in advance for each stream. The fee for the whole year shall be payable at the time of admission. The stream having semester system will deposit the Examination Fee at the time of admission itself.
  • The fee is to be deposited in digital mode only (No cash is to accepted) through debit card, credit card or internet banking facility.
  • Fee once deposited will not be refunded.
  • The student's name will be struck off the college rolls if the fee or fine is not deposited in time.
  • The fee structure for the academic session 2018-19 is as follows:

  • Fee and funds for HEIS students will be charged in two installments. First installment is to be paid at the time of admission and 2nd installment in the month of Noverber of that academic session.
  • If there is any change in the fee structure by the govt. or University during the session, the balance amount will be charged from or refunded to the student.
  • Students are advised to take a receipt for the fee deposited.
  • Within a year of leaving college, all students must claim their security amount otherwise it will be forfeited.
 Fee Concession
  • Siblings studying in this college are also eligible for fee concession
  • Fee concession is also available to SC category students of Punjab whose parent's income is less than Rs, 2.50 Lacs. per anuum. Such students must produce the required documents such as Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Adhaar Card, Bank A/c details to avail concession in fee. If any certicate is not produced at the time of admission, full fee will be charged.
